Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within that time period you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. The same fee applies if we are unable to gain access to your home. If you or a family member are home sick with a contagious illness, please cancel your service. You will not be charged a cancellation fee and we will do our best to reschedule your appointment.

Q. What are my rotation options for a maintenance schedule?
A. We offer services every week, every 2 weeks, and every 4 weeks. You will be assigned a day of the week after you approve our proposal. Once we get your rotation and scheduled established, please add it to your calendar and set your reminders so you know when we are coming.

Q. Will you arrive at the same time every cleaning appointment?
A. No, we will quote you a morning (8:00am-12:00pm) or an afternoon (12:00pm-5:00pm) appointment. We are unable to accommodate a specific time. We will not start before 8:00am and we guarantee to be finished by 5:00pm. Please let us know if you prefer a morning or afternoon appointment at the time of estimate. We will do our best to accommodate that time frame.

A. We supply our teams with all the necessary products to use in your home. However if our clients have a particular product you would prefer us to use we are more than happy to use the product you supply.

Q. Are you open on Holidays?
A. We are closed all major holidays. If you are scheduled on a holiday we will do our best to reschedule your cleaning within that week.

Q. Can I add time or areas that aren’t included in my regular cleanings?
A. Yes, we do ask that you please call the office to arrange additional services in order for us to be able to accommodate these requests.

A. We service most neighborhoods in Minneapolis and St. Paul and close surrounding suburbs. However, we are currently taking new clients in downtown Minneapolis, as well as neighborhoods within St. Louis Park, Edina, South Minneapolis, Northeast Minneapolis, around the lake areas of Minneapolis, the Southwestern suburbs, and Western suburbs of the Twin Cities area.
